Bowls Score Pro is a mobile application and web service developed by Gear Shadow Games ("we", "us", "our") that allows lawn bowls players to score games, join clubs, participate in leagues and track performance ratings. The service is available on Android and via the web admin portal at admin.bowlsscorepro.com.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account you confirm that you are 13 or older. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the service.

When you join a club you agree to abide by that club's rules as set by the club owner and admins. Gear Shadow Games is not responsible for the conduct of individual clubs or their members. Club owners are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with these terms.
ELO ratings are calculated automatically based on league fixture results entered by club admins and captains. We do not guarantee the accuracy of ratings. Ratings may be adjusted or reset if fraudulent results are detected. ELO ratings are for entertainment and competitive purposes only and have no monetary value.
You retain ownership of any content you submit (display names, club names etc.). By submitting content you grant us a licence to use it to provide the service. You confirm that any content you submit does not infringe third-party rights and is not offensive, defamatory or unlawful.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your data. By using the service you agree to our Privacy Policy, available at gearshadowgames.com.
We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, modify or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss arising from service unavailability.
The service is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future. We will provide reasonable notice of any changes to pricing. Free features will remain available for existing users for a reasonable transition period.
The app may display advertisements via Google AdMob and direct sponsorships. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for your particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gear Shadow Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed £100.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at contact@gearshadowgames.com. We may terminate your account if you breach these terms. Upon termination your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
