SoundEQ is a Windows equalizer that is free to download and use. SoundEQ Pro is an optional upgrade that unlocks additional features for a one-time payment of US$9.99 (no subscription). Jukebox is a Windows music jukebox that is free to download and use. Jukebox Pro is an optional upgrade that unlocks additional features for a one-time payment of US$9.99 (no subscription). Prices are shown on our product pages and at checkout. Depending on your location, sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout and the price may be displayed in your local currency.
All orders are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our online reseller and Merchant of Record. When you buy, you are buying from Paddle, which:
Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. We never see or store your full card details.
After a successful purchase you receive a licence key for the product you bought (SoundEQ Pro or Jukebox Pro) by email. Keys are checked offline on your computer, and a key for one product does not unlock the other. The key is for your personal use on computers you own or control. You may not resell, share publicly, or redistribute licence keys, or attempt to reverse engineer, crack or bypass the licensing. The software is licensed, not sold; Gear Shadow Games retains all intellectual property rights.
Licence keys are delivered by email to the address you give at checkout, normally within a few minutes. If your key has not arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then contact contact@gearshadowgames.com with your order number.
You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy for details. Refunds are processed by Paddle.
SoundEQ requires Windows. Per-application EQ requires Windows 11 and a free virtual audio cable (for example, VB-Audio VB-Cable). Jukebox requires Windows. YouTube playback in Jukebox uses YouTube's official embedded player, needs an internet connection, and is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service; YouTube features are free and not part of Jukebox Pro. Please try the free version before buying Pro to confirm it works on your system.
The software is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the country where you live.
